Membership Tiers and Pricing
- We offer three membership tiers: Essential, Reserve, and Estate, each at the pricing stated on our Membership page at the time you join.
- Founding members lock their pricing for 24 months from the date of joining.
- After your initial term, pricing may change with 60 days' written notice. You can cancel within that window without any penalty.
Initial Restoration Fee
- A one-time initial restoration fee is charged at the start of membership: $395 for Essential and Reserve, $595 for Estate.
- The fee covers the initial deep restoration of your grill, which establishes the baseline for every visit afterward.
- The initial restoration fee is non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Service Visits
- Visit count is per the tier you select: Essential (2 per year), Reserve (4 per year), Estate (6 per year).
- Unused visits do not roll over to the following year.
- Scheduling is coordinated with your dedicated valet. We work around your schedule, not the other way around.
- A scheduled visit that you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice may count against your annual allotment.
Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice via the member portal or by emailing us.
- You'll continue to receive service through the end of your billing period.
- No early termination fees.
- No refunds for partial months.
Refund Policy
- The initial restoration fee is non-refundable once service has been performed.
- Monthly membership fees are non-refundable for partial months.
- If we damage your grill, we repair or replace it (see Liability below). No deductibles.
