Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

The short version: we don't. Last updated: June 16, 2026.

GrillValet does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have. This page explains your rights under California law and how to exercise them anyway.

We Don't Sell or Share Your Data

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), "sale" and "sharing" have specific legal meanings. We do neither:

  • We do not sell personal information to third parties for money or other value.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads that follow you across other sites).
  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Because we don't sell or share your information, there is nothing for you to opt out of — but the right exists, and we honor it.

Your California Rights

California residents have the right to:

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
  • Request access to, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

For the full picture of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

How to Submit a Request

To opt out, or to exercise any of the rights above, email privacy@grillvalet.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request," or call (310) 503-1784.
