Hollywood Riviera
Bluff-top view lots with the most ambitious outdoor kitchens in Redondo — Wolf and Lynx built-ins, pizza ovens, all of it staged for the ocean.
More families, more backyards, more grills than anywhere we serve.
Established homes, mature backyards, and grilling infrastructure that's been used for a decade or more.
Redondo doesn't grill to impress. It grills to feed the family — and then the neighbors.
From the bluffs of the Hollywood Riviera to the family grid of The Avenues, Redondo is the biggest city we serve — and the most varied. A Riviera backyard might run a Wolf built-in with an ocean view; an Avenues patio runs a well-loved Weber that's fed three kids through a season of youth sports. Different grills, same job: feeding people, often.
Closer to the water — the Esplanade, the Riviera bluffs — the salt air does its quiet damage. Further inland, it's a grill that simply runs all four seasons. Either way a family grill earns its keep, and ours is keeping it ready for the next round.
Real grills. Real use. Real care.
Different homes. Different grills. Same standard.

The lettered beach streets — Avenue A through H — between PCH and the sand. Small lots, cottages-to-new-builds, a short walk to the pier and Riviera Village.
Walkable and restaurant-dense around Catalina Avenue, full of small-lot homes with creative cooking setups — compact built-ins, side-yard installs, the occasional rooftop grill.
The oceanfront condo and townhome strip along the Esplanade — unobstructed water views, balcony and shared-deck grills, and the heaviest salt exposure in the city.
North of 190th — family neighborhoods, bigger lots, and the hillside views of Golden Hills. Outdoor kitchens turning up on more remodels every year.
We serve every kind of Redondo household — from view-lot entertainers to weekly-grill families.
DCS built-in. Side burner. Friends over every other weekend.
A couple in Riviera Village with a DCS 30-inch built-in and a side burner on the back patio. They host every other weekend. Use Reserve — quarterly service keeps the grill ready and the side burner protected from the sea air.
Two kids. A Weber. Grandparents over on Sundays.
An established family in The Avenues with a Weber Genesis II and a smoker box on the back patio. They grill four nights a week, plus Sunday gatherings with grandparents. Use Essential — twice-yearly service keeps the rotation honest.
Full outdoor kitchen. Pizza oven. The view, the wine, the works.
A family on a Hollywood Riviera bluff lot with the whole setup — Lynx 42-inch built-in, side burner, Kalamazoo pizza oven, outdoor fridge. Heavy entertainers, twenty-plus guests on a weekend. Use Estate — six visits a year cover every component on rotation.

Yes. Full outdoor kitchens are increasingly common in Redondo and our Estate tier was built for exactly this case. Each visit rotates across components: built-in grill, side burners, pizza oven (deck and dome separately), smoker boxes, and refrigeration interiors.
Founding-member spots are limited. Redondo's the biggest city we serve — more neighbors means they fill faster.
