Grill expertise

Standalone grills,
kept rolling.

The faithful cart that earned its spot on the patio — and earns real care to keep it.

A cart grill lives a harder life than any built-in. It sits in the weather on four casters, its hose and regulator age in the open, and its firebox carries every season since you bought it. We restore the whole machine — not just the grates — wherever it's parked.

01 — The work

What we do for carts.

From Redondo Beach patios to backyard decks across the South Bay, our valets service cart grills where they stand. Every visit covers the same four disciplines — the fire, the fuel line, the frame, and the finish.

01

Full tear-down clean

Grates, flame tamers, firebox, and grease tray degreased by hand and finished with high-temperature steam — then reassembled the way the factory intended.

02

Hose & regulator service

Propane connections leak-tested with solution, regulators verified for full flow, and the flame balanced across every burner.

03

Cart & caster care

Casters freed and lubricated, frame fasteners tightened, side shelves and lid hinges trued — no wobble, no rattle, no grinding roll.

04

Lid & shelf restoration

Stainless lids polished with the grain; painted hoods cleaned and treated — lifting the chalky film coastal air leaves on anything that lives outside.

02 — Brands we service

Every brand has habits.
We know them.

A Weber Genesis comes apart in a different order than a Napoleon Prestige, and a Bull cart hides its fasteners somewhere else again. Our valets know the order — so nothing gets forced and nothing goes missing.

03 — Common problems

Fixed before you notice.

01

Lazy, low flame

A tripped regulator safety or kinked hose — the grill that 'just doesn't get hot anymore' usually isn't broken.

02

Flare-ups

A grease tray that hasn't been pulled since the grill was new, sitting an inch under live flame.

03

Seized casters

Salt air and patio grit working into the bearings — the reason a 200-pound cart stops rolling.

04

Rusted grease trays

Trapped drippings hold moisture against bare steel. Caught early, it's a cleaning; late, it's a part.

05

Failed igniters

Corroded battery contacts and worn electrodes — moisture finds the module long before the burners fail.
