The brand that built the category. We service every generation, Gen 1 to WiFIRE.
Pellet grills,
tuned like instruments.
Half grill, half appliance. We service both halves.
A pellet grill is a wood fire run by a computer — an auger feeding a firepot, a fan driving the smoke, a probe telling the controller what's true. Any link in that chain gums up and the whole instrument drifts. We service the fire side and the machine side in the same visit, because the grill doesn't know the difference.
What we do for pellet grills.
From El Segundo to Palos Verdes, our valets keep pellet grills honest — the coastal marine layer is hard on pellets and probes alike. Every visit covers the same four disciplines, from the firepot out.
Burn-pot & auger service
Firepot vacuumed to bare metal, hot rod inspected, auger cleared and run through — the feed chain that decides whether the fire lights at all.
Hopper & pellet care
Hopper emptied and cleaned, stale and moisture-swollen pellets cleared. Near the coast, pellets drink the marine layer — swollen pellets are how augers jam.
Controller & probe calibration
Temperature probes verified against a reference, controller and fan checked — so the set point on the dial is the truth inside the barrel.
Grease system deep clean
Drip channels, chute, and bucket degreased end to end — the leading cause of pellet flare-ups, retired before it starts.
Every brand has habits.
We know them.
A Traeger's auger, a Recteq's PID controller, and a Memphis's convection system each fail in their own dialect. Our valets speak all of them — wood-fire problems and electronics problems alike.
Tight temperature control that's only as honest as its probe. We keep it calibrated.
A pellet grill built like a luxury appliance — and serviced like one, in place.
Quarter-inch American steel that holds heat for hours. We keep the fire side spotless.
Smart controllers and small footprints — the electronics deserve as much care as the firepot.
A controller ahead of its time and a flame zone that rewards a careful tear-down.

Don't see yours? If it grills in the South Bay, odds are we already know it — ask.
Fixed before you notice.
Temperature swings
A grease-glazed temperature probe lying to the controller — the most common pellet complaint, and the easiest fix.
Resolved on visit oneAuger jams
Moisture-swollen pellets binding in the feed tube. Coastal hoppers need emptying more often than the manual says.
Resolved on visit oneFailed ignition
Ash packed around the hot rod, or the rod itself worn out — the firepot can only take so many cooks uncleaned.
Resolved on visit oneGrease fires
Drip channels glazed with a season of runoff, one hot brisket away from igniting.
Resolved on visit oneFlame-outs & error codes
A struggling induction fan or starved firepot — the controller throws the code, the cause is almost always physical.
