Essential ($59/mo) includes two scheduled visits per year — right-sized for the seasonal griller. Reserve ($99/mo) includes four visits, one each season, and is the tier most members choose. Estate ($179/mo) includes six visits and covers multi-grill households. Every tier comes with a dedicated valet, a written service report after each visit, and priority scheduling for repairs.

Membership
No. Memberships are billed monthly with no contract. Cancel any time, though we'd hate to see you go.
Yes. You're assigned a dedicated valet who learns your grill — its quirks, its history, where the gate latch sticks. Same person. Every visit.
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date — no penalty either way.
You can. A year of Essential or Reserve makes a considered housewarming gift. Call us and we'll arrange a hand-delivered welcome card for the new member.

The Service
Your valet degreases the firebox, deep-cleans the grates and flavorizer bars, clears the burners, checks ignition and gas connections, and finishes the exterior with a food-safe stainless polish. Before leaving, they photograph the work and send a written service report — what was done, what was noticed, what to watch.
A clean is maintenance — keeping a healthy grill in top form. A restoration is a recovery: full teardown, hours of deep degreasing, burner and ignition rehabilitation, and an honest assessment of any parts past saving. Most new members start with a restoration; the membership keeps it from ever being needed again.
We get it remarkably close — grease, carbon, and burnt-on residue come off down to clean metal, and your stainless comes back to a clean, polished sheen. But we'll always be straight with you about what's physically possible. Some things are baked into the metal itself: heat tint (the blue/gold discoloration near the burners) and deep rust or pitting, especially on coastal grills, are permanent — no cleaning method removes them without damaging the finish. When we find anything like that, we photograph it and point it out, so you know it's the material, not a spot we missed. The honest promise: we restore your grill to the best condition its materials allow, and we show you exactly what we did.
Surface rust and light freckling, yes — that wipes off. What we can't reverse is corrosion that's eaten into the metal (pitting) or rusted through, which is common on lower-grade stainless in salt air. We'll treat what's treatable, apply a protectant to slow the next bloom, and tell you honestly if a part is better replaced than cleaned. Premium grills with 304-grade stainless hold up far better against the coast — part of why they're worth maintaining.
No, and most members aren't. As long as your valet can reach the grill — a gate code or an unlocked side gate is plenty — you'll come home to a finished grill and a service report in your inbox.
All of them. Our valets are trained on built-in and cart grills from Lynx, Hestan, Wolf, Twin Eagles, DCS, Alfresco, Fire Magic, Weber, Kamado Joe, and Traeger, among many more. If it holds fire, we keep it ready.
Food-safe, plant-based cleaning on every surface you cook on — never harsh chemicals where you cook. Plant-based degreasers and 200°F steam do the work, and the grill is ready to cook on the moment we leave.
We do. Your valet diagnoses issues during regular visits, sources OEM parts, and schedules the work — usually within the week. Members get priority, and parts are billed at cost.

Scheduling
It holds your place on the calendar — no payment, no card required. Travis calls you personally within one business hour to confirm your grill, your schedule, and your first visit. If we're not the right fit, your spot simply releases.
A standard maintenance visit takes about ninety minutes. A first restoration is a half day — typically three to five hours, depending on what the grill has been through. Either way, your valet works quietly and leaves the patio as they found it — minus the grease.
Monday – Saturday, 8 AM – 6 PM Pacific. You'll get a two-hour arrival window the day before, and a text when your valet is on the way.
Text or call up to 24 hours before your visit and we'll move it — no fuss, no fee. Inside that window we'll still do our best to accommodate you; very late changes may count toward your visits for the year.
If rain is coming, your valet calls first and reschedules — usually within the same week. We'd rather move a visit than rush one.

Pricing
Essential is $59/month, Reserve is $99/month, and Estate is $179/month. Billed monthly, no contract, no initiation fee.
No. Reserving your spot is free and card-free. Billing begins only after we've spoken, you've chosen a tier, and your first visit is on the calendar.
You can. One-time cleans and restorations are available, priced by grill size and condition — we'll quote it on the confirmation call. Most one-time guests become members once they see the work.
None hidden. Travel is included everywhere in the service area. Replacement parts, when needed, are billed at cost — and always with your approval first.

Service Area
The South Bay of Los Angeles: Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, El Segundo, and Palos Verdes. Headquarters is in Manhattan Beach.
Sometimes. If you're within a few minutes of our boundary — Torrance, the edges of the Hill — reserve your spot anyway and we'll see what we can do. Otherwise we'll add you to the waitlist for the next territory.
Yes, with property or HOA access arranged in advance. We serve some multi-unit and HOA properties on an Estate membership.
In time. Growth here is deliberate — each new territory needs valets we'd trust with our own grills. Join the waitlist and you'll hear first.
