Accessibility Statement

Everyone deserves a usable web. Last updated: June 16, 2026.

GrillValet is committed to making grillvalet.com accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of the craft — an ongoing effort, not a one-time checkbox.

The Standard We Work Toward

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.

What We Do

  • Semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can navigate the page in order.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked as such.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, and forms — including visible focus states.
  • Color choices and contrast checked against WCAG AA targets for text.
  • Respect for the "reduce motion" system setting, so animations ease off for those who prefer it.
  • Forms with associated labels and clear, text-based error messages.

Known Limitations

We're honest about where we're still improving. Some third-party or embedded content may not yet fully meet our standard, and older articles are being reviewed and updated over time. If you hit a barrier anywhere on the site, we want to hear about it — see below.

Tell Us About a Barrier

If any part of this site is difficult to use, email travis@grillvalet.com or call (310) 503-1784 during business hours. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we'll work with you to get you the information or service you need — and to fix the underlying issue.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is reviewed as we build new pages and revisit old ones. As the site grows, so does this commitment. This statement will be updated as our practices evolve.
